home sweet home

oh the sweet town of Carnation.... One must confess the love of the Valley all to soon forgotten in a spiral of life. Finally moved in to our home. Its one of the greatest feelings having our own place to come to.... Been there a few months now and loving every single second of it. The work is almost finished, but I'm sure as anyone owning a house would know that the work is never really done.... lol But truly our house is amazing. Everything about it is awesome and the trim work that's going in is some of the greatest work Ive ever seen. All to the thanks of our dearest friends and family whom have been there everyday making the impossible possible.

Walker will be 11 months on the 30th... WOW Life just flies. I guess I've been pretty negligent in keeping with the updates. He started walking a few months back.... Hes got 8 teeth and a head full of curly blond hair. :) Depending on the day ----> He usually sports some kind of scratch, bruise or gash on some part of his poor little body. Suppose that's the downfall to him having been so mobile so quick. He gets into just about everything and anything. Jamus and I both agree that he the coolest thing we've ever seen and by far the best thing we have ever done.

His first Halloween was great. Grammie Waters made his "little bear" costume and he went out trick-or-treating the "tee tee" and chelseylee. Got all kinds of candy, but Jamus and I collectively decided that neither us nor Walker needed it so Chels got to take it home (your welcome Lacy).... Well, looking forward to Thanksgiving then Christmas and then his first Birthday, which seems to be getting closer very quickly. I cant seem to figure out how I feel about my little bear getting older..... Going to get our first family Christmas tree this year.... Cant wait. Cant wait for the look on Walker's face when he sees snow.... Cant wait for the glitter in his eyes when he sees the lights on the tree or the presents underneath. There are so many firsts that I'm anxious to see. Time is of the essence eh?

Life is good. Work is work and love it real. Everyday I'm learning more and more about the person Walker was meant to make me. I'm hoping that things will continue to come together and the life will get a little easier, but always the pessimist here you know? Hope for the best, but expect the worst and know that it will always falls somewhere in between.
